Marc is husband to Collette and is dad to Ezra and Benjamin. Marc lived for 27 years in Johannesburg before moving to East London to serve at Beacon Baptist.

Marc obtained his B.Th degree from the Baptist Theological College of Southern Africa in 2010. He served as a youth pastor in Kempton Park for 5 years before becoming the associate pastor at Beacon Baptist. He served for 7 years as associate pastor before being called as senior pastor at Beacon Baptist.

In between dad-duties, Marc enjoys reading and watching sport, loves to braai and to play the guitar.

Valme serves faithfully in the role of Church Office secretary at Beacon. She is at the church every weekday morning, and is always willing to help with any admin related issues.

Nathan serves as our Youth Leader. He is married to Jessi. They have two daughters, Rebekah and Alissa. He has completed his Bachelor of Theology through Bible Institute of South Africa (BISA), located in Kalk Bay. Currently he is studying towards his honour’s degree through BTC, working towards his accreditation with the Baptist Union.
